PICK YOUR PLAY 🀄

New here? Kinda know what you’re doing? Just wanna play? We’ve got a table for that.

MAHJ 101

Never played? Perfect.

We’ll teach you American Mah Jongg from zero. Tiles, the card, Charleston, gameplay and all the weird little rules that make Mahj, well... Mahj.

No experience needed. Like, none.

MAHJ 102

You know how to play. Now let’s get good.

Go beyond the basics with strategy, hand selection, card reading and smarter decision-making. Less staring at your rack. More knowing what the heck you’re doing.

For players who already know the game.

guided play

Real games. Help when you need it.

You play, we hang nearby. Ask questions, get help with your hand and work through those “wait... can I do that?” moments in real time.

The perfect bridge between learning and playing on your own.

open play

You know the drill. Let’s Mahj.

No lesson. No agenda. Just grab a spot and play. Come with friends or roll in solo. We’ll get everybody around a table.

Know how to play and you’re good to go.

THE CARD THAT RUNS THE TABLE

If you’re playing American Mah Jongg by National Mah Jongg League rules, this little card is kind of a big deal. The official NMJL card is released each year with a brand-new collection of hands and combinations, which means fresh possibilities, fresh strategy, and fresh reasons to stare at your rack wondering what on earth you’re doing.

Whether you’re brand new or have been chasing Mah Jongg for years, everyone plays from the same card. Grab the current year’s card and meet us at the table.
